Co2 Air Assist Kits, Dual or Solo

Our air assist kits make your work pieces better by effortlessly switching between high and low pressure.  This kit will also turn off all air assist after the job is completed, not wasting air causing your compressor to run. 

This kit contains all the required components to automatically switch between low and high flow air (if dual kit is selected) using your own air compressor.  Expanding the function of your laser and quality of your cuts and engravings.  This is a kit : you will need to put together, it is very easy.  A handful of fittings and cut tubing to desired length.  We do this because each user may want a different layout.  Lasers are different sizes and location of components may change on different models. 

We designed 3 mounting options for the solenoid valve plate- Velcro which we provide, bolt/screw or zip tie.   

Using Lightburn or RDWorks, you can select high or low air pressure on each layer you assign.  This air assist kit will automatically switch between these set pressures. 

Options: 

•  Solo = One solenoid, this controls air pressure only on one pressure setting. 
• Dual = Two solenoids, this controls air pressure for high and low.

This kit includes the following : 

12 meters (39ft) of air tubing
Two 24v solenoid air valves (dual kit) or One 24v solenoid air valve (solo kit)
